If you are looking for activities do do while you stay at Timber Valley Retreat the historic C&O Canal, towpath and Potomac River is only a short 3 minute walk.

Hiking and biking as well as walking is possible on the towpath. Swimming and tubing are available on the Potomac River. Kayaking and boating are also an option on the Potomac River.

In the evening everyone can sit around the fire pit and share about their day.

Timber Valley Retreat also has plenty of wildlife to watch and photograph.
