We only rent to one group at a time to give our guests something they can not get anywhere else.

All 3 cabins have AC/Heat and the cabins are within a short 3 minute walk to the historic C&O Canal and Potomac River.

The Grinch is coming to Timber Valley Farm Barn Rental. Venue Maryland Christmas Christmas at Timber Valley Farm Barn Rental. Bring your cameras and don't forget the kids. Bring grandma and grandpa. Pets are welcome. Please leash pets. We ask that you bring one non perishable food item or a can of food for the local food bank to help those in need.
